Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure I can accommodate all guests, I kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes.
* Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service amount.
* No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount.
* Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, and a cancellation fee may apply.
* Emergencies and unexpected situations will always be handled with understanding and on a case-by-case basis.
